MyHealthFunds, Inc. is a Colorado-based health care service company that is dedicated to helping employers and employees adopt, administer and benefit from Consumer Directed Health Care.

We are comprised of industry experts who specialize in all areas of Consumer Directed Health Care including health insurance, finance, technology, administration, business development and customer service.

Ronald Diegelman - Chief Financial Officer (Ron.Diegelman@MyHealthFunds.com)

Mr. Diegelman is the Chief Financial Officer of MyHealthFunds, Inc. Additionally, he is the President of Red Bridge Associates, LLC, a company that consults with early stage and rapidly growing businesses. He is also the Executive in Residence at the Emerging Technology Centers of Baltimore, which assists companies that are in the early growth stage.

Previously he was the Senior Vice President of Administration and CFO of Dakota Imaging, Inc. where he was part of the 4-member team that grew the company and sold it to a New York Stock Exchange company. Prior to that he served as the President of a software reseller, which he helped start and which became the largest AutoDesk reseller in the US.

Prior to that he was a Partner in Ernst & Young LLP, an international accounting and consulting firm from which he retired in 1996.

Mr. Diegelman has a BS degree in accounting from Loyola College in Maryland and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Richard Elfenbein - Vice President of Channel Development (Rich.Elfenbein@MyHealthFunds.com)

For the past 6 years Mr. Elfenbein was the Chief Operating Officer of Personal Choice Benefits, Inc, a rapidly growing company that focused on supporting municipal employees' benefit needs with a major focus on technology. Prior to that Mr. Elfenbein founded several successful businesses in both the technology and food service sectors. He is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters and has completed certification courses in Consumer Driven Health Care and Health Savings Accounts.

Mr. Elfenbein has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University.
